Emmanuel Mensah has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive in Environmental Services and Infection Control Practices. He has served in many leadership capacities, including Director of Environmental Services with Centura Health at St. Anthony North Health Campus, Sky Ridge Medical Center, the University of Colorado Hospital, UC Health System. 

His distinguished long service in healthcare has earned him the prized "Service Excellence and Client for Life Award". It is an award given to individuals whose service within Healthcare Infection Control has been judged by peers as outstanding for client and business retention. 

Though he has worked chiefly in healthcare administration and management, Emmanuel has a keen interest in politics, community organization and development advocacy. He has been an active community member of Aurora in Colorado, United States and, has served on several committees and boards.

They include—Boards and Commissions; Citizen Advisory for Housing and Community Development; Human Relations Commission; Budget Committee, Parks and Recreation Board, and Planning and Zoning Commission.

Emmanuel has an MA in international commerce, a BSc. in Building Technology and a Certificate in Business administration.
